How To Achieve The State of ‘Now’ Without Traditional Meditation

There’s a lot of talk about Eckhart Tolle’s breakthrough book ‘The Power of Now’.
It is very profound. But to a lot of people it just seems too idealistic, too impractical, too out of touch and not directly applicable to our ‘ego’-based and driven daily Western lives.
How can we stop wanting or having goals in a world driven by them?
I have a different take on this in that we can truly use our good ego as well as develop our non-ego and get even more value out of our (Western) lives. Even more of a healthy and productive balance.
Traditional meditation is great but it doesn’t seem applicable or relevant for a lot of Western people. For beginner’s it’s extremely difficult to ever fully ‘silence’ our mind or truly enter the moment being fully present.
So all these benefits of ‘being in the now’ continue to seem straight out of reach for millions of Westerners.
IS THERE ANOTHER WAY? An easier way to truly achieve read here non-egoic states of mind? Even a way in which he can truly HARNESS the power of the non-ego into healthy, creative and giving egoic or social based pursuits (like in your business)?
EFT/Tapping and Sedona Method are great for their specific purposes when put to use to heal emotional blocks and limiting beliefs, but how can we truly achieve ‘the now’ without doing traditional meditation. Is there another way?
Yes there is another way that is very new. It’s called Relational Meditation. It is a new path to true happiness.
It is very effective, different and yet transformational at the same time. It has to be viewed and respected differently from traditional meditation in which you’re relying on nothing else ‘external’ to silence your mind.
So briefly, what is Relational Meditation and how can it help you?
Relational Meditation is simply ‘meditating’ or achieving higher states of consciousness and non-ego in relation to something (vs. doing it ‘on your own’)
That something can be a video, audio, chanting, Holosync or an emotionally cathartic experience.
So you can see it as ‘State assistance’. If you look at the world around us, our States are being ‘effected’ by the ‘causes’ or ‘stimuli’ that we are in relationship to.
when you are at an airport and there is a news program on loud near you, it’s difficult to actually think on your own. It is a certain type of ‘relationship’ that is affecting your thoughts and physiological State.
A short news clip is a ‘cause’ if for no other reason than it has an EFFECT on your State ‘in the moment’.
Ok, but what does this have to do with anything? Everything.
You see, most people’s States are just byproduct EFFECTS of the CAUSES which are outside this website of them.
The t.v. or radio ad turns on and you are being AFFECTED in the moment. The entire social climate or group dynamics, even social beliefs and lyrics in a song are all CAUSES that are affecting the State of people.
Through time that becomes conditioned behavior. But since the causes are ego-based and usually socio-centric consumerist values, the effect on people’s State leaves them oppressed from truly achieving higher levels of consciousness out of the ego.
So, how you use relational meditation is to get control over what causes are affecting your State of mind vs. only relying on your mostly programmed and ego-centric thinking mind ‘on it’s own’..you just have to be AFFECTED by something outside of yourself.
Once you get non-egoic or emotional, self-less causes, the effect is different on your State of mind. It can transcend you into higher levels of consciousness. Yet we don’t do that and we let others CONTROL the effect.
You turn on the t.v. and it’s instant program-receiver effect on your State, again limiting you from transcending beyond the level of the cause itself.
So for example, most people will be affected when an emotional cause comes along but with relational meditation you CONSCIOUSLY choose the effect that you want to cause.
You take 100% control over what affects your emotional state and you acquire resources which will take you into higher levels of consciousness.
One of the biggest things you can be aware of right now (if traditional meditation is too difficult) is this: you can use emotion to enter higher states of non-ego.
When you are in a pure emotional State like happiness or love, your mentally chattering egoic mind is silenced and the power of the emotion sweeps over your body.
But again, most people are AFFECTED by what is outside of them (often the consumerist social agenda that is anything but enlightened).
So to achieve that elusive ‘state of now’ without traditional meditation, try out relational meditation. Try out peak state emotional conditioning. It’s easy and fun and the benefits are limitless to happiness, bliss, quality our world gem codes cheats online of life, creativity and more.
